HOW TO MAKE YOUR ASSESSMENT PAYMENT:

If you are trying to make a payment as you have done in the past, you may notice the website portal for Alliance Association Bank has changed. If you set up an account through the community website prior to June 11, 2020, you can enter the same credentials as used previously under “Returning Users”.  

If you set up an account through the community website after June 11, 2020, you will need to create a new account through the bank portal website.

If you have never had an account through the community website, you will need to create a new account through the bank portal website.

When making your payment you will be asked for following information, which can also be found on your statement coupon:

Management Company ID: 6781

Association ID: 17 

Property Account Number: (This number is your personal account number based on your property address and can be found on the statement coupon that was recently mailed. This number must be entered exactly as it is listed on your statement!)
